Experiment on Happiness

We read about experiments done in an attempt to figure ways to be happy. A few were doing different good things to others everyday. Another is thinking of the good things you did before going to sleep. I thought that the idea of thinking of the good things I did before going to sleep was the most efficient. It involves with thinking of the positive side of life and reinforcing oneself. I'm not sure about the part about having good things, since this is just thinking of good actions, but does not bring out powerful emotions or a great deal of happiness. Perhaps it might bring out a small bit of content to oneself.
